INDEMNITY

You the purchasers, end users, manufacturers, component suppliers, vendors, contractors, and anyone manufacturing, selling, purchasing, possessing, operating and/or using ACT, Inc. product lines shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless, ACT, Inc. and its affiliates, and its respective directors, officers, stockholders, employees, agents and representatives from and against any liability, loss, damage or expense, including without limitations, reasonable attorneys fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with any actual or threatened claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of your manufacturing, component supplying, wrongful installation, fault, wrongful action, negligence, possession and operation and/or use, that is without fault of ACT, Inc.
